Main Integration Programmes

Milestone Programmes: There are 2 main milestone focuses - 3 to 6-month milestone integration and 6-months & beyond milestone integration.

 

The aim of these programmes is to step in for both the organisation as a whole & the new individual at critical points taking place at least 3 months after initial onboarding/team composition with a structured approach that covers organisational & individual integration, policy review and team building. This can be conducted face-to-face or online and can be paced according to your requirements.

 

The above programmes both integrate components for solid foundations in technical adeptness; HR, Admin & Digital Marketing skills (where necessary) and various professional skills for the workplace.

 

Vibe Working & Automation: This programme covers adoption & understanding of AI in the workplace across departments and experience levels.

 

The aim of this programme is to ensure responsible, thoughtful and effective AI adoption across job roles as well as maintenance of social intelligence throughout all forms of adoption.

 

All DIGI IQ programmes can be enjoyed in either group or individual formats.
